Tuna Design is run by Caitlin Watters. I hold a BFA (Hons) and a PGDip 
Design and have been a part of New Zealand's underground music scene for
 many years. I love doing highly illustrated and graphic promotional 
material for artists and promoters and have worked across a variety of 
styles. I love colour, fantasy and big punchy fonts so if that is your 
jam hit me up!

Hi, I’m VJ Cubeman — Darrell Smith if we’re being formal.
I work in that space where sound turns visual — filming DJs, 
projection-mapping architecture, and creating light-driven environments 
that transform ordinary rooms into immersive experiences.



A veteran of the New Zealand music and arts industries, my visuals have 
become the backdrop for some of the country’s best parties. I’ve 
designed the look and feel for hundreds of events — from underground 
club nights and festivals to major national moments like Matariki 2022 
for Māori Television and Ahi Kā for Wellington City Council.



But just as importantly, I support the grassroots. I often lend my 
skills to community-driven events, like the “Famous for Five” roving 
party in Pukerua Bay — backing the battlers, the dreamers, and the 
artists grinding in the salt mines of creativity alongside me.



I was honoured to receive Best New Visual Artist at Rhythm & Vines 
2022, and I continue to collaborate with other artists, including Rachie
 Campbell, where we combine digital art, 2D design, and projection 
mapping to build exhibitions and VJ-led experiences across Wellington.

I’m here to connect with creatives, collaborators, and future projects —
 people who believe in transforming spaces, elevating music culture, and
 pushing immersive art forward in Aotearoa.


VJ Cubeman


My main job is DJing with my two projects: Zaira Dj and Not My Sister. 
But I work as Sound Tech for live and corporate events. I know also 
basic of Lighting. I started few years ago with NWG and kept going from 
there. I work in venue like TSB Arena, Shed22, MFC, St James Theatre, 
Moon Bar, El Barrio and ecc,. I'm also part of two sound system crews, 
Third Eye Hi-Fi and Big BadaBoom and I also have a close relationship 
with the Open Air Crew.  I've been running the Dojo Stage with Third Eye
 since three years. Happy to help wherever is need it.

I love live music. So I oriented my mahi around being able to emerse 
myself in it. I do my best to let my musicality show through my lighting
 design and operating, knowing the primary mission objective it to 
highlight moments and ride the dynamics and energy of the stage. 


I've worked a wide variety of types of live events and do my best to 
take that experience and channel into cool passionate musical projects. 


I've worked with some of the country's best technicians, and learnt a lot
 from every experience.

I've gone by Rabid Foam since I first started shaping surfboards—using 
leftover polystyrene to create sculptures and discovering a passion for 
giving new life to discarded materials. 

Over time, as my work grew in scale and ambition, so did the need for 
collaboration. Many of my larger projects now rely on the creativity, 
skill, and support of talented teams. Rabid Foam has come to represent 
that collective energy.

At the core, though, I’m Hamish—a product designer, builder, and artist 
driven by a love for sculpting bold, expressive forms that invite 
curiosity and connection.

My favourite thing in the world is to contribute to projects that create
 positive change in people’s lives —where we care, build community, and 
real alchemy happens. Aotearoa is where my passion for photography grew 
into my artform, and Twisted Frequency 2024 holds a very special place 
in my heart.

Through photography and videography I capture what sparks something in 
me, hoping it will connect to those who are watching so they can get a 
glimpse of the experience. I specialise in event photography (festivals 
and retreats) and brand and artist shoots. I do my best to capture the 
special moments while respecting people’s boundaries.

I also create branding and marketing combining my background in 
International Business and Economics (Degree at UPF Barcelona) and 
Graphic Design (Master’s EINA Barcelona). With the same goal: to help 
meaningful projects thrive.

I’ve worked with festivals (like Twisted Frequency or Dimension), bands 
(like Hang Massive), retreats, entrepreneurs and businesses worldwide.

I am dedicated to providing safe, inclusive, sustainable and memorable 
experiences for artists and audiences alike with services including 
sound operation and stage management. I have been involved in outdoor 
festivals in various roles since 2009, and as a sound operator and stage
 manager since 2017. I take a holistic approach to my responsibilities 
to the community and the environment. I keep my eyes and ears open and 
focused to tailor my services to the individual requirements of diverse 
artists and audiences, while maintaining a beautiful and respectful 
space for everyone and the natural environments we gather in.

Heather Simpson, Feraltech Productions

I've been a qualified builder since about 2019, and an artist my whole 
life really. 

So when I combined the two parts at Twisted Frequency in 
2020 I ended up building the main stage and from there the projects kept
 on rolling. 

I specialise in working with timber. I love creating out of
 natural materials, and creating something that has a life of its own.


LG Carpentry

I am a freelance photographer, videographer and drone pilot with over a 
decade of professional experience. For the past 10 years, I’ve worked 
with Twisted, serving as Lead Photographer and, for the last three 
years, as Media Team Coordinator. 

I’ve also been part of the Yatra 
Festival since its inception, coordinating and leading photography and 
media coverage. 

My experience extends to long-term work with Luminate 
Festival since 2014, as well as major commercial events such as Bay 
Dreams and international concerts featuring artists like Snoop Dogg, Ben
 Harper, and Sticky Fingers.
