Take a breath, slow down, and connect with yourself and others. This workshop offers simple tools for grounding through breath work, stretching, guided meditation, and gentle movement. Together we’ll explore practices that calm the nervous system, deepen presence, and prepare the body and mind for performance and for life. Using exercises and practices from theatre, we’ll discover how grounding ourselves creates safety, focus, and openness.
