103 was born in 2023 after a 5 year long foray in Michael providing lighting for dance parties, while working by day delivering events in across Arenas, Theatres and Concert Halls.

A 103 event comprises passion both in the technology that underpins dance events and the unique communities that drive it. Expect bass-weight held in equal priority to musical clarity, envelope pushing artists and transformative lighting/visual installs.
