BOOM CANDY was born out of a passion for bass-heavy music and a desire to create events that truly resonate with the underground. We’ve grown from humble beginnings to become a staple in New Zealand’s drum and bass scene, known for bone-rattling basslines and unrivalled sound quality.

Our Sound System: Our custom-built sound system is designed to immerse you in the music. It’s one of the biggest and most powerful in NZ, engineered to deliver deep, dark, and dangerous heavy-weight rollers that you can feel in your bones. We take pride in pushing the boundaries of what a sound system can do, ensuring every event is a sonic experience like no other.

The rigs made up of 12 j bins loaded with B&C NW100s , 4 proel 212p running of 3x crown I-Tech 4x3500HD amps. Monitors are JBL vtx 15s all running through a Midas M32R. We are pumping 33'000 watts 43 kva.
