SoundCheck Aotearoa is a charitable trust organisation on a mission to foster a safer and
more inclusive culture within the Aotearoa music community.
The SoundCheck Aotearoa Sexual Harm Prevention and Response Advisor (SHAPRA)
service offers free, confidential specialist advice, support and guidance for anyone in the
Aotearoa music community affected by sexual harm. To book an appointment, email

Their Professional Respect Training workshops are available free to everyone in the music
community to learn foundational knowledge for building and upholding safer workplaces.
This training focuses on sexual harm and harassment, with reference to bullying, offering
tools and information for attendees to utilise in their workplaces and spaces.
