Aotearoa hip hop has been a consistent staple at Twisted since day one and this year is no different!

Once again we are calling out for MCs, vocalists, and lyricists! Our annual hip-hop open mic is happening down at the beat bach on the 31st to kick off a full eight hours of live NZ rap musicians and bands.

Hosted by our man Young Gho$t and our legendary Emerald, both Twisted regulars. This is your chance to let that inner wordsmith shine in our freestyle cypher. Bring your writtens or sharpen up on your frees and share the stage with some of the talented rappers we are hosting on new years day/night this year.

All styles and experience levels are welcome!
