Transcenic is the organic house duo from New Zealand; multi-instrumentalists who combine guitar, Turkish saz and keys with recordings of the natural environment to create a unique version of organic house. Transcenic has been picking up momentum, with their music hitting the top 10 in Beatport's Organic House charts and performing their live set on various stages both within New Zealand and abroad. Ray (Spoonhead) and Jimmy (Subminimal) have been key members of the South Island outdoor festival scene for over a decade. They have each worked as event promoters, DJ’s and producers in both New Zealand and Australia. After having success in their own separate aliases playing festivals throughout Australasia, they’ve come together. Because music is better when shared.
