Emanating from the Southern Alps of Wanaka & now basing himself in Ōtautahi, Rome is a versatile artist pushing a heavy selection of forward thinking, underground bass music. Since the creation of the record label ‘Khz Collective’ in 2022 he has been refining his sound to a selection of sub-genres and niches ready to hypnotise any dancefloor, while also building a tight discography of music from Aotearoa & afar. Playing with dubbed-out soundscapes to dark, sub-heaving beats, Rome creates a unique blend of tripped out rhythms by blending heavy sound-system influence with a modernised approach to dance music.
