RNZŌ (pronounced "ren-zo") is a Samoan-Māori rapper born in Hamilton and raised in Kawerau. After teasing his debut single on TikTok for weeks before it dropped, and within a year he was playing Laneway, Boiler Room Aotearoa, Others Way and BIGSOUND and collabing with some of the Kiwi greats, all before he turned 19. He moves between hip-hop and UK garage and wants to try his hand at everything. As he puts it, he's here to put his people on the map.
