jprecursor is the experimental electronic music project of Wellington-based artist and sound researcher Jon He. Working with modular synthesis, field recordings and electronic sound, his practice explores sound through experimentation with ancient knowledge systems. jprecursor is an ongoing search for new sonic aesthetics, expression, and experience.
