After her move back to Aotearoa, evo delved into the Kiwi Jungle and Drum & Bass scene plunging her into the depths of electronic bass music. In more recent times evo has been based in Otepoti / Dunedin, expanding her musical horizons, venturing into the underground dubstep music scene the city has to offer, this led her exploring the fruits of a plethora of electronic music, covering the basics of 160s bass, breaks, garage, dubstep and jungle. With a knowledgeable grasp of genres covering rolling basslines to percussy drums; you never know what kind of evo set you are going to get, regardless of your preferences evo will always find a way to keep the dancefloor moving with her array of deep cuts and tastefully selected bangers. evo is 1/3 part of the all wahine promoter/DJ trio Nörty Club, continuing to push diversity in the scene with their last several events effortlessly creating a gripping hold on the representation of inclusivity in the electronic scene in Aotearoa providing a safe sacred dancefloor for everyone to get around.
