Kia Ora, I’m Ben. I have a passion for creating artworks that incorporate movement and light, and I am beginning to find my way as an artist creating kinetic light sculptures. I came here through an industrial design degree and some time spent building planes, but it took a travel adventure full of sailing and shenanigans to help me break away from the norm and prioritize passion over security. Outside of creating material things, I like to breathe life into the CHCH cacophony society (self described as a collection of free spirits united in the pursuit of experiences beyond the pale of mainstream society) - basically shenanigans.
