Join us for an enlightening workshop that bridges the gap between yoga philosophy and therapeutic effect. This session aims to equip listeners with the skills to enhance body awareness, identify sensations, and address back pain effectively. The workshop is divided into two key segments. The first segment provides a deeper understanding of the anatomy and physiology of back pain. Therapeutic understanding is complemented by insights into yoga practice, emphasizing conscious awareness and somatic release through Asana (poses) and Pranayama (breath work). The second segment features a dynamic Vinyasa-Krama yoga flow and a restorative Yoga Nidra meditation, designed to integrate and apply the insights gained. This workshop provides practical tools for self-care and a holistic approach to managing back pain, making it valuable for both personal practice and general well-being.
