Who is the workshop for? 

The workshop is for complete beginners in mind who have never practiced acroyoga before. It's also great for those who are a bit ‘rusty' in their practice, who would like to deepen their foundational knowledge & anyone who would like to connect with community through this partner practice.

What will be covered? 

How to safely spot, base & fly. Basic acroyoga poses. Technique of stacking & alignment.
