Dani is an experienced yoga teacher who will guide you through a slow flow yoga practice to stretch you out and loosen you up. After a night of dancing and debauchery, find balance again by slowing down and connecting inwards. Take some time to be mindful of your movement and aware of your breath, balance your energy levels and return you to your centre. You'll re-enter the party feeling grounded, connected and energized for another round of dancing. All bodies and abilities welcome.
