VLVT found her home within the Aotearoa bush doof circles, forming organic connections with the sound system community in Te Waipounamu. She has been playing for a vast array of internationals and festivals over the years and is now part of Noize Kontrol. VLVT commits to bonding the smooth, lustrous connection to 140 and beyond while harmonising with the absolute cavernous trenches of the low ends. Her sets merge silky percussive patterns, lush and obscure textures, alongside the dominating deep foundation of bass. VLVT feels this truly reflects our existence~ a union of purgatory and nirvana. Having begun the self-production journey in the last year, releasing her own sounds is at the forefront of VLVT’s itinerary.. forever striving to find the glimmers in amongst the rubble.
