Hailing from various corners of Aotearoa, we are a collective united by our shared obsession with frequency and vibration, with the goal of pushing a fresh flavor into the New Zealand underground scene. Since 2022, we've been wiggling air through our hand-built paraflex sound system, providing a platform not only for ourselves but also for other artists who share our passion for sound and music. Our events range from local psy and bass nights to international gigs, with our sights set on open-air festival stages in the future. Artistically, we specialize in blurring the lines between alternative, psychedelic, and modern styles of experimental bass and dance music, while paying homage to the timeless sounds that have been solidified over time. We aim to deliver a sonic experience that some might describe as auditory hedonism, consisting of frequencies focused on emotion, progression, and storytelling, with each selection guided by the energy we receive from the dancefloor. Our goal is to meticulously design every element of our events and push the boundaries of the modern musical landscape. This involves hand-building each cabinet of our sound system, mastering techniques to fine-tune it for optimal audio performance, creating custom visuals, designing spaces that seamlessly align with the auditory experience, and eventually providing full production DJ sets.
