Originally from Stockholm, Pernilla aka ‘Pino’ moved to Aotearoa/New Zealand to pursue her passion for nature and outdoor sports in 2008. Attending her first rave shortly thereafter, she discovered a latent love for electronic music and NZ’s outdoor dance party scene, leading to her jumping behind the decks a few short years later. Pino is renowned for her high energy sets with rollicking techno bass lines layered with lashings of house and deeper grooves, alongside tech and indie, all infused with old-school rave influences. She’s a regular feature at some of NZ’s biggest outdoor festivals including Rhythm & Alps, Twisted Frequency, Luminate, Splore, Shipwrecked, Taniwha’s Den, Rolling Meadows, playing alongside legends such as Out Of Sorts, Body Ocean, Made in Paris, Sanoi, Logan Baker
