Flatmate is a multi-genre DJ of Scottish and Lebanese descent. Between spinning records and a flashing hard drive, he builds lush worlds of psychedelia, rhythm and melody; rooted in the warmth of the past, while also exploring the glistening endeavours of the present. Flatmate's sound is definitively progressive, while also familiar. Embracing his wide taste in music, audiences are encouraged to broaden theirs. As a Froth resident and host of his own club night (Dance Therapy), this year Flatmate has opened for Aloka (UK) at the re-opening of b.Space (formerly Club 121) and smashed two 6 hour sets, one alongside Pork Crackle as Porkmate, the other solo & vinyl only. He has also supported international heavyweights Spray (IE) and Audiojack (UK). Lastly, as if he wasn’t busy enough, he hosts a monthly show on Mouthfull radio (Chronic Happiness) which features a different guest every broadcast.
