AndWahn is a Tāmaki Makaurau-based DJ and producer foreknown for his work in the styles of breakbeat and bass music. His arrangements act as a form of personal journaling; seeking to curate a safe space of both escape and reflection for highly strung and introspective listeners and dancers. With a respectful nod to the established histories of footwork, jungle, garage, and RnB, his compositions carve their own path - harmonising cerebral, melancholic and vivid textures guaranteed to get the emotions flowing and the feet moving. His prolific output of originals and edits continues, including his rework of Pania's RnB slow burner "P Stands for Playa", solo project "Simulacra" which featured in Mixmag AUNZ, and his collaborative EP "Haunter" with local NZ dance music legend Caru.
