Eartheogen
Progressive Trance, Zenon Records (NZ)

New Zealand born producer Phil Patrick, is the man behind the Eartheogen project, a unique blend of dubby, earthy, psychedelic beats, which are heavily influenced by Aotearoa's lush natural beauty and energy, with groovy, playful elements, and with an often eerie vibe.
Starting out on guitar at a young age of 8 years old, Phil has been gathering inspiration and influences from a wide range of artist and musical styles. It was in 1998 that he experienced his first taste of psychedelic culture at 'The Gathering' festival in Golden Bay. After such an amazing and unique experience he began experimenting with combining different elements of music he enjoyed into what would ultimately be refined to become Eartheogen.
Since moving to Australia in 2013, he has enjoyed increasing support as he plays around the Australia/New Zealand circuit, playing at festivals such as Earth Frequency, Babylon, Home Gathering, Twisted Frequency, Collaborations, Where The Wild Things Are, as well as many Zenon Records and Universal Tribe Records label nights in Melbourne.
