Anima is one of Ōtautahi’s upcoming electronic music DJ’s. Her deep passion for dance and electronic music enables her to curate a unique, experimental and enticing set.
Her flavour has been influenced by UKG, breaks, halftime and left-field bass music. She fuses these genres together to create an enigmatic mix of delicately selected sounds, inspired by the works of DJ Madd, IAN DPM, and UKBM. Anima’s exposure to the deep underground scenes and large-scale festivals has allowed her to encapsulate sounds that connect and enchant bodies on the dance floor.
