Nadi started her yoga journey with her mum when she was only 13 and has now been practicing for 18 years. She completed her yoga teacher training in tantra and vinyasa and currently teaches in Melbourne. Her training is reflected in her dynamic classes which asks her students to move between reflecting inwards whilst using the senses of smell, touch and sound to immerse her students in the present moment. Her deep passion for music means her flows are always accompanied by a journey through a continuum of beats, changing in style and energy and in doing so facilitating a space to tap out from the world and tune in to self.

This is a down to earth, accepting and dynamic vinyasa class which uses asana woven into a blend of contemporary and ancient philosophical understandings to provide a space to tune out, tap in and touch back in with that inner space.
