Want to (literally) hear your brainwaves being melted over a big rig? Come on down to the TECHNO CAKE baking session, where volunteers will be hooked up to Tom’s electroencephalography machine to have their brainwaves captured and turned into twisted sounds. These sounds will then be weaned into Tom’s set later that evening on the Manaaki Tuna stage.The cake needs multiple ingredients, so all brain flavours are welcome.

IMPORTANT : EEG readings are non-intrusive and do not interfere with brain function. EEG measures voltage fluctuations resulting from ionic current within the neurons of the brain. People are welcome/encouraged to come and observe if getting strapped in isn’t their thing.
