Hatha Flow Yoga

A gentle and warming class to stretch and strengthen the body, and calm the mind. These classes are a mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, finishing with a short Yoga Nidra meditation. Variations of poses are offered for different levels- this is a class for everyone!
Ella is a certified multi-style Yoga and Yoga Nidra instructor from Otepoti (Dunedin), NZ. Ella has been practicing Acroyoga for 4 years. She currently works teaching yoga and acro to high school students.
